Stéphane is a health psychologist. He adopts an integrative approach that encompasses cognitive, behavioral, emotional, social, intuitive, and spiritual psychotherapy. He specializes in greeting individuals on their journey toward the integration of mind-body and spirit.
After completing graduate and post-graduate work in Educational Psychology and Counselling at McGill University, Stephane has developed extensive professional training in the areas of behavioral therapy, behavioral medicine, child development and parenting, psycho-oncology, psychoneuroimmunology, complementary medicine, spiritual psychotherapy, and mindfulness meditation.
He has authored “Mieux vivre avec le cancer: Les solutions naturelles pour atténuer les symptoms”, a book designed to help people deal with cancer and its side effects.
As an educational psychologist, Stéphane has developed a specialty in working with an integrative therapeutic approach and has been successful in helping children who are experiencing behavioral, emotional and social difficulties. He uses complementary methods effectively much to the delight of children and their entourage. He runs his private practice at his clinic PsySanté in Pierrefonds, Quebec.
Stéphane has acted as a professional consultant to many school boards, educating teachers, principals, and administrators on many behavioral and health issues. As a behavioural disorders expert, he designed and wrote Project PEACE, a manual to promote a non-violent school environment for a regional school board.
Finally, Stéphane is a dynamic and thought-provoking presenter when leading training seminars and workshops. He has led workshops at numerous professional conferences, corporate events, and academic settings.
